What is the "minimum price"?

The minimum booking amount is the lowest total a professional is willing to accept for a service. If the price of your selected service doesn’t reach that amount, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.

For example:

If a professional charges £12/hour but has a minimum booking amount of £24, you’ll still be charged £24 even if you only book one hour. This helps cover the professional’s time and travel.

You’ll see the minimum amount displayed at several points:

  • On the list of professionals

  • When selecting the time for your booking

  • And again before confirming payment

That way, you’ll always be aware of it before completing the booking.
