The system automatically blocks conversations when it detects an attempt to exchange contact information, as this violates our Terms and Conditions. To unlock the conversation, a service booking must be created through the platform.
This can be done in one of two ways:
The customer sends a service request and the professional accepts it.
The professional sends a service proposal and the customer accepts it.
Once the booking is confirmed through either option, the conversation will be automatically unblocked and you’ll be able to continue chatting without any issues.
