There are circumstances in which a client's cancellation of a service is justified. This entitles them to a full refund of the amount paid for the service. The reasons provided will be reviewed by the Webel support team, which may request evidence for verification.
Possible reasons for justified cancellation by the client include:
Death of oneself, a close family member, or a caregiver.
An unforeseen event not caused by the person cancelling the service, preventing its completion.
Unexpected serious illness or injury that prevents the service from being carried out.
Unexpected cancellation of transportation or events that prevent attending the service location.
Indications of a potential risk in performing the service, or a justified fear of completing the service.
During the COVID-19 situation, any legal impediment preventing the execution of the service, or that the client or professional must be confined by a doctor's order, either due to being a positive case or having been in contact with one, provided that this situation arose after contracting or accepting the requested service.
If, after assessing the justification from the person cancelling, our support team concludes there is a justified cancellation reason.
For recurring services, these reasons only apply to the services affected by the previously described circumstances. Other cancelled services will be subject to the cancellation policy.
