The professional hasn't performed the service correctly

If you've experienced an issue with a service, you have 24 hours from the end of the service to submit a claim.

During this period, the payment for the service will be held by the payment provider and won’t be transferred to the professional until our support team reviews the case and provides a resolution.

To submit a claim, just follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and go to Services > Past.

  2. Select the relevant service.

  3. Tap on “Report an issue”.

  4. Add a description of what happened and, if possible, include photos or any relevant evidence so our support team can assess the situation properly.

⚠️ Important: If more than 24 hours have passed and no claim has been submitted, the service amount will be automatically released to the professional’s balance, and they’ll be able to withdraw it to their personal bank account.
