If you have experienced an issue with a service, you have a claim period after the service has been completed in order to report it.
This period is 24 hours for most categories and 72 hours for services such as plumbing, painting, electricians, small renovations and other similar services.
During this time, the amount paid for the service will remain on hold in the payment gateway and will not be sent to the professional until the support team reviews the case and provides a resolution.
To submit a claim, just follow these steps:
Open the app and go to Services > Past.
Select the relevant service.
Tap on “Report an issue”.
Add a description of what happened and, if possible, include photos or any relevant evidence so our support team can assess the situation properly.
⚠️ Important: If the corresponding claim period passes and no claim has been submitted, the amount for the service is automatically transferred to the professional’s balance, and they will be able to withdraw it to their personal bank account.
