The professional didn't show up

A professional not showing up for a service is something we do not tolerate at Webel, and we will take the necessary measures.

In this case, you have a claim period after the completion of the service to report the incident. This period is 24 hours for most categories and 72 hours for services such as plumbing, painting, electricians, small renovations and other similar services.

During this time, the amount paid for the service remains on hold in the payment gateway and is not transferred to the professional until our support team reviews the situation and resolves the incident.

To submit a claim, just follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and go to Services > Past.

  2. Select the relevant service.

  3. Tap on “Report an issue”.

  4. Add a description of what happened.

⚠️ Important: If the corresponding claim period passes and no claim has been submitted, the amount for the service is automatically transferred to the professional’s balance, and they will be able to withdraw it to their personal bank account.
