A professional not showing up for a service is something we do not tolerate at Webel, and we will take the necessary measures.
In this case, you have 24 hours to submit a claim through the app. During this time, the payment is held by the payment provider and is not transferred to the professional until our support team reviews the situation and provides a resolution.
To submit a claim, just follow these steps:
Open the app and go to Services > Past.
Select the relevant service.
Tap on “Report an issue”.
Add a description of what happened.
⚠️ Important: If more than 24 hours pass and no claim is submitted, the payment will be automatically released to the professional’s balance, and they will be able to withdraw it to their personal bank account.
