If you're trying to send a proposal to a professional but the system won’t let you make a booking, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
You’re trying to book the service with less than 12 hours’ notice.
The professional’s schedule is full due to other services or travel time between appointments.
If it’s a recurring service, the professional may already have a conflicting slot in the upcoming weeks.
In these cases, we recommend messaging the professional via the chat and asking them to send you a proposal with the date and time you need. That way, you’ll still be able to confirm the booking, even if the system doesn’t allow you to do it directly.
