If you're having trouble making a payment in the app, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Your bank or card is not compatible with our payment provider.
There are insufficient funds in the card or linked account.
You've reached the daily, weekly or monthly payment limit set by your bank or the card itself.
Your payment couldn’t be validated correctly. Some payments require additional verification (for example, via an SMS code, your bank’s app, or facial recognition). If this process isn’t completed properly, the payment may fail.
🔄 In some cases, trying the payment again or using a different card can solve the issue instantly.
