I’ve claimed a service

If you’ve submitted a claim for a service, the payment has been held by the payment provider until our Support team reviews the case and provides a resolution.

The review process can take up to 5 days, as we carefully assess the information provided by both parties to make a fair decision.

The professional has 24 hours from the moment you submit the claim to respond and share their side of the story, along with any photos or relevant evidence they may wish to include.

Once the case is resolved, and if a full or partial refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same card used for the payment.


The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank and is usually between 3 and 8 working days.

Throughout this process, our goal is to offer a fair and timely solution for both parties.
