Otherwise, a partial refund will be issued, taking into account last-minute costs and the impact on the professional’s schedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service starts are not processed automatically, as they must first be reviewed by our support team.
The corresponding amount will be refunded directly to your card. Depending on your bank, it may take between 3 and 8 working days to appear in your account.
