I've cancelled a service

If your cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance or is justified according to the Cancellation Policy, you will receive a full refund for the service. Otherwise, a partial refund will be processed.

The money will be refunded directly to your card. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 8 business days to appear in your account.
