The system automatically blocks messages when it detects an attempt to share information, such as combinations of numbers or words that may be interpreted as contact details, as providing services outside the app is not allowed.
Once the booking is confirmed, the professional will have access to all the necessary information to carry out the service, including the exact address.
To unlock the chat, a confirmed booking is required. This can happen in one of two ways:
The customer sends a request to the professional, and the professional accepts it.
The professional sends a service proposal to the customer, and the customer accepts it.
