There are circumstances in which the cancellation of a service is justified. This means that the corresponding penalties for canceling a service will not apply. The reasons provided will be reviewed by the Webel support team, which may request evidence for verification.

The possible Justified Cancellation Reasons for the professional are:

  1. Death of oneself, a close family member, or a caregiver.

  2. An unforeseen event not caused by the person cancelling the service, preventing its completion.

  3. Unexpected serious illness or injury that prevents the service from being carried out.

  4. Unexpected cancellation of transportation or events that prevent attending the service location.

  5. Indications of a potential risk in performing the service, or a justified fear of completing the service.

  6. Client’s request for services that the professional does not offer or for services of a sexual nature, which became known after the acceptance of the booking request.

  7. During the COVID-19 situation, the existence of any legal impediment that prevents the service from being performed or the obligation of either the client or the professional to be confined by a doctor’s order, either due to being positive cases or having been in contact with someone who is.

  8. Any other cases that the Webel support team deems warranted.

For recurring services, these reasons only apply to the services affected by the previously described circumstances. Other cancelled services will be subject to the cancellation policy.
