You can currently choose between two types of transfers when withdrawing money from your balance:
Standard transfer: the money may take between 3 and 8 business days to arrive in your bank account, depending on your bank.
Instant transfer: the money usually arrives in approximately 30 minutes, even during weekends and public holidays. This option has an additional fee of 1.5% + VAT on the transferred amount. The fee is automatically deducted from the requested amount.
If the money has not arrived in your account after the corresponding timeframe, it is possible that the transfer was rejected by your bank due to not meeting certain requirements.
