When you finish a service, the money will first appear as “Pending payout”, so don’t worry if you can’t see it as available yet.
Once it has been processed correctly, it will appear as “Available balance” and you will be able to transfer it directly to your bank account from the app by selecting either a standard or instant transfer.
⏱️ The usual timeframe for the money to become available is up to 24 hours after the service has been completed for most categories. However, for categories such as plumbing, painting, electricians, small renovations and similar services, this period may be extended up to 72 hours.
📲 To check it, simply go to “Balance” → “History” within the app.
