Once the service has been completed, the corresponding amount will be credited to your Webel Balance within a maximum of 24 hours.
You can check your balance by going to the app and tapping on “Profile” > “My Balance”. There, you'll see the available amount, your earnings history, and you’ll be able to request a withdrawal whenever you wish.
Please note that if the customer files a claim, the payment may be temporarily held until our Support team reviews and resolves the case.
If more than 24 hours have passed and the payment doesn’t appear in your balance, feel free to contact us so we can look into it for you.
