I can't find where the payments for my services are being sent

Once the service has been completed, the corresponding amount will be added to your Webel balance after the applicable security period.

This period is 24 hours for most categories and 72 hours for services such as plumbing, painting, electricians, small renovations and other similar services.

You can check your balance in the app under “Profile” > “My Balance”. There you will be able to see your available balance, your earnings history and manage your withdrawal whenever you want by selecting either a standard or instant transfer.

Please remember that, if the client submits a claim, the amount may remain temporarily on hold until the support team reviews and resolves the case.

If the corresponding period has passed and you still do not see the payment reflected in your balance, please contact us so we can help review it.
