No one is home at the client's address

First, make sure you’re at the correct address (the one specified in the service details provided by your client).

If you're at the right location:

  1. Message the client to let them know you’ve arrived.

  2. Send them proof via chat that you are at the location (a screenshot from Google Maps, a photo of the building entrance, etc.).

  3. Wait at the location for 30 minutes from the service start time.

  4. If, after 30 minutes, the client hasn’t replied, you can:

a. Send proof to [email protected] and leave the location, and you will receive 70% of the service fee.

b. Wait for the client to respond and complete the service to receive 100% of the service fee.
