First, make sure you’re at the correct address (the one specified in the service details provided by your client).
If you're at the right location:
Message the client to let them know you’ve arrived.
Send them proof via chat that you are at the location (a screenshot from Google Maps, a photo of the building entrance, etc.).
Wait at the location for 30 minutes.
If, after 30 minutes, the client hasn’t replied, you can:
a. Send proof to [email protected] and leave the location, and you will receive 70% of the service fee.
b. Wait for the client to respond and complete the service to receive 100% of the service fee.
