I can't find the client's home

You can find the client's address in the service details under the Calendar section.

If the address is incomplete or incorrect, reach out to the client via chat for clarification.

If you're in the right location and the client isn't responding, please follow these steps:

  1. Message the client to let them know you’ve arrived.

  2. Send them proof via chat that you are at the location (a screenshot from Google Maps, a photo of the building entrance, etc.).

  3. Wait at the location for 30 minutes.

  4. If, after 30 minutes, the client hasn’t replied, you can:

    a. Send proof to [email protected] and leave the location, and you will receive 70% of the service fee.

    b. Wait for the client to respond and complete the service to receive 100% of the service fee.
